  • How do you write about my product without long onboarding calls?

    We read everything available: your website, product docs, competitor sites, customer reviews, and support materials. First 2-3 posts might need tweaks as we learn your voice - that's normal and expected. By post 5-6, we've dialed it in. If we truly need clarification on something, we'll ask via email (not calls).

  • What if the writing quality isn't good enough?

    You review posts before they publish (or we can auto-publish if you trust us). If something is genuinely bad, tell us and we'll rewrite it - no charge, no argument. If everything consistently sucks, cancel and get refunded. We want you to be happy with the quality.

  • Do I get the same writer every time?

    Usually yes - consistency helps them learn your voice faster. Occasionally a different writer from the same team might step in (vacation, sick days), but they'll have access to all previous feedback and style notes. If you have a specific writer preference, let us know.

  • Can I talk to the writer directly?

    We keep it async to stay efficient (and keep pricing low). You communicate feedback through us via email. If you need clarification or want to provide context, we relay it to the writer. This prevents endless Slack messages and keeps the process streamlined for everyone.

  • How technical can the content be?

    As technical as you need. We have writers who can handle API documentation explanations, database architecture comparisons, or complex fintech regulations. Just let us know your audience's technical level in the first feedback round and we'll match it.
